Jindie Nails Kangaroo, Take Me Away (June-A Box, Indied_

Hi guys! Tonight I'm showing you a pretty crelly gliter from Jindie Nails that I've been wearing for 2 days and now ready to be taken off. Kangaroo, Take Me Away, is a part of A Box, Indied from June 2014. June's theme was Destinations, and this polish was inspired by Kangaroo Island. Jen, the creative brain behind Jindie Nails brand, did such a great job. I absolutely love this! You are a crelly glitter genius!
Kangaroo,Take Me Away is a white crelly with gold, copper, aqua blue, and green squares and hexes. The glitter was suspended really nicely. I had no issues with application. I used 3 coats (normal application, no glitter manipulation necessary), like I always do with crelly glitter. I used 1 coat of HK GIrl top coat to smooth it out.

Jindie Nails Pink Stilettos

I'm back today with another new polish I recently purchased from Harlow & Co., this one is Pink Stilettos by Jindie Nails. This is a shade created in collaboration with Ria from Polishaholic Ria G. As soon as I found out who Jen collaborated with to create this shade, I knew the name has nothing to do with shoes :)

Pink Stilettos is a crelly pink with subtle scattered and linear holographic sparkles, there's also hints of gold shimmer in it. I think it's a polish that can be worn for any occasion. It's feminine and girly, and still suitable for formal work nails. Against my skin tone, it looks a bit dusty and I consider this as neutral shade. Application was a breeze. I used 3 coats and 1 coat of HK Girl.

Swatches & Review: Jindie Nails To-teally Aussome

Hi guys!

Hope you are enjoying the weekend! To give you a break from all the lovey dovey pink and red mani that you must be seeing a lot lately, tonight I have a gorgeous emerald jelly glitter bomb created by Jindie Nails exclusively for Femme Fatale Cosmetics

To-teally Aussome has a mixed of star, diamond, and different sizes or circles & hexes in teal, pink, green and holographic silver, suspended in emerald green jelly. I used 3 coats for my swatches and a generous coat of HK Girl top coat. The vnl (visible nail lines) you see in the pics are not as visible in person. The only fishing I had to do is to get the stars, other than that I had no issue with application.

Jindie Nails Holiday & Winter 2013 (The Glitter)

Hi guys,

On the previous post I showed you two holographic polishes from Jindie Nails Holiday & Winter 2013. Now I have three of the glitter polishes from the same collection. These polishes will be restocked on Monday January 27, 2014 at 1PM CST. So look out for your favorite that you missed on the last restock. You can find Jindie Nails on facebook for more restock info, and check out more polishes from this collection here.

All the swatches here are using Glisten & Glow Stuck On Blue base Coat and 2 coats of HK Girl top coat.

Footprints in the Snow a baby blue crelly with bright blue micro shimmer/flakes, baby blue matte small hex, maroon matte dots and metallic small hex, classic gold medium dots and small hex. While I really love the finish look of this one (I love baby blue!), I find the application is not as easy as all the Jindie I've tried. The formula is on a thick side, and getting the dots glitter required some work. But I admit I didn't put the bottle upside down or roll them before using it. I was spoiled by how easy it is to apply Jindie glitters. I used 3 coats here, and no visible nail lines showing in person.

Noel Remixa limited edition holiday glitter topper loaded with same size small matte hex in 4 shades of green including neon, dark, kelly and pastel green. It also has same size red and white hex and green/red color shifting shimmer. This is a glitter topper that can also be worn on its own, because the glitter is so dense. My swatches here is 2 coats of Noel Remix, without undies. No issues at all.

Eve, a navy blue jelly with several sizes of silver holo dots and hex plus silver holo snow flakes. You can layer this polish over a dark base, but I prefer to wear it on its own. It takes 2-3 coats for opacity, depends on how thin/thick your coat is. I like how the glitter look in this squishy jelly base. The snowflakes requires fishing, but it's not too difficult to get. I just tilt my bottle in about 45 degree angle and swirl the brush inside the bottle. I used 3 coats of Eve, without undies.

Jindie Nails Holiday & Winter 2013 (The Holos)

Hi guys!

Today I have two new holographic polish to show you! They are part of Jindie Nail's Holiday & Winter 2013 collection. I know Jen is brilliant when it comes to her crelly glitter, and I'm so curious to try her holo. They did not disappoint! :) Both of the polishes I'm showing you here has a jelly like formula. Squishy, easy to work with, and dry shiny.

O Holo Night is described as a blackened navy/blue linear holographic with violet/blue shimmer. I used 3 coats and 1 coat of HK Girl top coat.

You Can't Turn a Ho-lo into a Housewife (the name!! Lol!), this  one is described as a gorgeous multi-chrome and linear holographic polish.   The colors in this one include red to blue and all shades in between. This one is SO much more gorgeous in person! While the holo is not a strong linear (line up and form a rainbow like sparkle), it's still a strong holo, I find it unique. It's hard to see the base color under all that holo, but I see a purple tone underneath, and it shifts to a blurple and red-ish copper in some lightning. Too bad I can't capture them all in photos. For swatches here, I used 2 coats and 1 coat of HK Girl top coat.

Swatches: Jindie Nails Monster's Ink

Happy Sunday!

Today I have a fun looking polish to share with you, it's Jindie Nails Monster's Ink. This polish is inspired by the character Mike from Monster Inc., one of my favorite disney movie.
Monster's Ink, is a yellow/green crelly base with various glitter in it, such as, matte light purple dots, matte dark purple diamonds, metallic violet medium dots, lilac holo large & medium dots, teal holo large dots, matte satin teal hex & squares, light green metallic dots, magenta large & small squares, silver dots, mauve small squares, pastel pink matte dots, white dots, lime green holo dots and hex, matte kelly green dots and diamonds and satin matte teal hex and just a few satin matte teal stars & diamonds.
The crelly base is a bit sheer, but it's loaded with glitter, you will have a good coverage in 3 coats. That's how I usually wear my Jindie polish anyway. I used a generous coat of HK Girl top coat for a smooth finish.

Jindie Nails Electric Grape

Hello again!

I have another Jindie Nails to share with you. Yes, this is Jindie Nails night! Lol!
Electric Grape, is a crelly neon purple/magenta with electric neon blue shimmer. The one I'm showing you is the reformulated version. It is much less sheer than the original version,  Jen has tweaked it to be more opaque without affecting the neon magenta base color. She also added more of the electric neon blue shimmer.

What you see here is with 3 thin coats and top coat. I noticed that vnl is showing in the pics, but I promise, you can barely see it in person. Application was a bit streaky for first and second coats, but the third coat even it out. As usual, purples are my camera #1 enemy, lol! What I see in person is closer to what on my nails than the bottle shot.

Jindie Nails Tainted Love Remix & Check The Candy

Hi guys!!

I have a few Jindie Nails to share with you tonight. As you probably already know (and if you don't, I'm telling you now :p), they are doing a restock tomorrow between 10am - 6pm CST. So, if you're looking to do some shopping, you might want to consider adding these two in your shopping list ;)

Tainted Love Remix, a crelly white base with neon pink, neon green, black microglitter, and black hearts glitter.
I find the combination of the white crelly base and the selection of microglitter used gives a really yummy look! The hearts is a little thick, so I would recommend sandwiching the hearts between layers, unless you use a good top coat to smooth it out :) My swatches here is 3 thin coats and 2 coats of HK Girl top coat.

Check The Candy, a white crelly base, with neon blue, neon orange, and pink hexes in several sizes.
I'm liking this one a lot more after putting it on! Glitter coverage and application is great! What you see here is 3 coats, normal application (no dabbing), and 2 coats of HK Girl top coat. I highly recommend this!

The reason why I'm showing these two in one post is that they will be discontinued very soon! Both are still available at Jindie Nails online boutique, in full size and (old) medium size. Tainted Love Remix is also available in the new tall mid size. But once they sold out, they won't be coming back. So grab them while you still can!!
