Different Dimension Squarey Hexy

Hi guys!

Hope you're all enjoying your weekend. What I have to show you today is possibly my new favorite glitter topper, Squarey Hexy from Different Dimension! As you can guess from the name, Squarey Hexy is packed with squares and hexes such as blue, pink, purple, light green, blue, and holographic micro glitter that makes it super sparkly.

For the pictures, I applied Square Hexy over a light purple base, OPI You're Such a Budapest. Glitter application was easy, no fishing or dabbing required. I used 2 coats of Square Hexy here, and you can see that the glitter pay off is excellent! I topped it off with Poshe for extra shine, and once it dries I can still feel a bit of texture on my nails, so I would recommend to an extra coat if you like smooth surfaces. All pictures were taken under natural lights.

Gradient Turtle Shell

Happy Friday!!

I recently purchased a set of Bundle Monster plates after giving it a lot of thought. It's kind of overwhelming to see that many plates and designs all at once! Really hard to choose which one to try first, and finally decided to use BM-313. I hope you like what I came up with :)

For the gradient base on my index and pinky, I used OPI Jade is The New Black, OPI Dim Sum Plum, Zoya Thandie, Color Club Pucci-Licious, stamped with OPI Pink Friday.

For my middle and ring finger, I used OPI What's With The Cattitude, OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender, OPI Mermaid's Tears, NOPI Hit The Lights, and stamped with Color Club Pucci-Licious. To finish the look, I used INM Northern Lights to give some sparkle to it!

I purchased my BM set from Nail Polish Canada, I like the free shipping that they offer ;). You can also purchase it directly from Bundle Monster, or from Amazon.

BornPretty Image Plate Review

Hello again!

I just can't wait til tomorrow to post my very first review. I have nail plate from BornPrettyStore to show you. I am so excited to try this, and had trouble which design I want to try first. Finally I decided on the floral design. I used 2 different design on the mani I'm about to show you. And I'm happy to report that 3 designs that I have tried so far are working perfectly! The only problem is, I need more hands so I can try all the designs right now! Lol!

The plate has 42 designs, all of them are full designs, but 12 are smaller than the rest. I'm thinking they would be perfect with those who has petite nail bed. But anyhow, I think I might be able to use them somehow. I wanted to take a shot of the nail plate to show you guys, but I always have my reflection on the plate, lol! So, you can go here to check out all the designs they have. The nail plate I'm using for this post is CK-04.

My base color here is Different Dimension Gnarly. Green is usually not my go to color, but it seems weather appropriate today, since it's a scattered holo neon. And I think I made it work for my liking here, cause I am SO loving the end result! I used OPI Alpine Snow to stamp to flowers, and the dots on the flowers are Zoya Yana, Darcy, and Thandie.

Here is a shot of Gnarly on its own

Do you like the designs that I picked from this plate? If you'd like to see any other design from plate CK-04 just leave a comment ;)

The CK series nail plate consists of 8 plates, each plate has 42 designs. They retail for $8.53, if you use my code NVG10, you can get 10% off of your entire order. BornPrettyStore also offer offer free shipping worlwide. Pretty good deal, right?! Will you be trying these plates soon? ;)

(WW) Watermarble Wednesday: Canada Day & 4th of July

Hi guys!

I am home and happy to be surrounded by my all my precious again! :D For this week's water marble, I want to hit 2 birds with 1 stone. Since I'm already late to do Canada Day's mani, I thought I'd just do that and 4th of July mani at once today.

4th of July theme is showed on my index and pinky, with red, white, and blue design and topped with Sephora 18k It's Real top coat. My middle and ring fingers are for Canada Day, showed with the simple red and white design. But I want to be fair, so I gave a bit of sparkle on them with INM Northern Lights :)

Products used:
OPI My Boyfriend Scales The Walls (base)
OPI Red My Fortune Cookie
OPI Alpine Snow
OPI Eurso..Euro
Sephora 18k It's Real
INM Northern Lights

I hope you liked it! And have an awesome 4th of July holiday for my US reader! :)

NOTD: Enchanted Polish April 2013

Hi guys!!

Happy Canada Day for my Canadian readers! I'm sorry I've been slacking on my blog post. 2 more days until I'm back home! This nail polish I'm showing you today really surprised me in a good, good way. Looking at the bottle, I thought it's just another holographic purple polish. But once I was out in the sun, whoa! the holo effect is so in your face, my camera almost can't handle it! It's now climbing up to one of my most favorite holo. I also like the base color itself, even in the shade, but I maybe biased cause I love this shade of purple.

April 2013 is part of Enchanted Polish calendar edition, and it's very, VERY limited. As far as I know, the collection starts with December 2012, and she's about to release June 2013 sometime soon. The hoarder in me wants to own every single one of this collection, but unfortunately I only own 3 out of 6 :(

Let's start with the pics taken in the shade!

And these are taken under direct sunlight. Seriously, my camera didn't do this polish justice!
