31DC2013 Day 2: Orange Nails

Hi guys!
I'm back for the second day of the 31 day challenge! Today's theme is orange nails. I've known what I wanted to do for this day's challenge since I saw it. I just wasn't sure if I could do it. But looking at my nails right now, it's far from perfect, but I'm really pleased with it. Wish I don't have to take it off so soon, lol. 


 Here's my Garfield nails!

Illamasqua Gamma
OPI Need Sunglasses
OPI Pink Friday
OPI My Vampire Is Buff
OPI Alpine Snow
China Glaze Liquid Leather

 I free handed sleepy Garfield on my middle nail and euphoric Garfield on my thumb. Started with making the outlines with black polish, then filling in the colors. I corrected all the necessary area after I finished with the colors, then let it dry completely before putting on top coat. I made Garfield's stripes on my index and ring nails, and the tail for my pinkie. All were done using one small detail brush. I sealed the design with Poshe top coat.

    Oh my god this is AMAZING! I admire your skill and bow down to your genius. Nothing could fit orange more than Garfield. Kudos.
